Eligibility
Any corporation interested in the purposes of the California Health Information Association (CHIA) is eligible for Corporate Partnership. Each Corporate Partner may designate one individual who receives the rights and privileges of Corporate Partnership for one year. Subsidiaries, affiliates, and divisional companies are not included under the Corporate Partnership of the parent corporation, but are eligible for Corporate Partnership of their own.
Annual Dues
Annual dues for Corporate Partner is $500 and are calculated on an anniversary basis.
How to Apply
Contact the CHIA Executive Office, 559.251.5038 for anapplication or click on the Corporate Application, download, print out, complete and submit.
Complete the application
The application must be signed by both a chief corporate officer and the Corporate Partner representative to whom CHIA assigns the rights and privileges of membership. Make check payable to: California Health Information Association, and mail with application to CHIA, 1915 N. Fine Ave., Suite 104, Fresno, CA 93727-1565. The Corporate Partner representative will receive a new member packet upon acceptance of the application.

Corporate Partners are listed on this CHIA Web site. A brief description of your company’s services are shown along with your logo and contact information.
Web Links CHIA has added a Web link for each Corporate Partner that will take the viewer directly to their Web site. The viewer can then click onto your Web site address and visit!

Corporate Partners will receive a 15% discount for any banner ad placed on this CHIA Web site.
Recognition in the CHIA Journal and on this CHIA Web site
Each new partner will be listed in the CHIA Journal as soon as the membership is processed and added to this Web site. A list of the current Corporate Partners is published at least annually in the CHIA Journal and in the State Convention & Exhibit on-site program.
Corporate Corner
All Corporate Partners are invited to submit articles to the CHIA Journal column devoted exclusively to business developments of our Corporate Partner companies. Deadline for copy for most issues is the 1st of each month.
CHIA Journal Advertising
Corporate Partners will receive a 15% discount over and above any volume discounts for advertising purchases.
Publications
All Corporate Partnerss will receive three copies of the CHIA Journal, a monthly peer-reviewed journal that brings readers in-depth studies of subjects vital to health information managers, such as advances in techniques and equipment, changes in government policies, and trends in management.
CHIA State Convention & Exhibit Corporate Partners will receive preferred booth selection at the CHIA State Convention & Exhibit. In addition, Corporate Partners will receive recognition in the final program as CHIA supporters.
Representation on Committees
Corporate Partner representatives are eligible to serve on selected CHIA Committees.
Member Mailings
Corporate Partners receive announcements of all educational seminars and any other mailings of interest to CHIA members.

CHIA will have a closer association with your company. Our members are dependent on their relationships with the vendors who provide products and services to them. CHIA believes that by working together we will be able to better design our future in health information management.
