Trackstar will handle any or all of your ROI needs – answering phones, assisting walk-ins, pulling hard copy or electronic charts, burning records to CDs, logging in and out on our software (which produces daily reports – and can track your RACs too), conducting multiple Q.A. checks and mailing or uploading records for electronic delivery to the requesters.
