Registered Attendee Things to Know:

Certificate of Attendance (CEU)
This program is approved for continuing education units (CEUs) by AHIMA, AAPC and BRN. CEUs are based on contact hours. 30 minutes of attendance at an educational program equals .5 CEU. Registrants can earn up to 19.5 hours of continuing education during this program. Earn additional CEUs by attending a pre-convention tutorial. HIIM Domains vary depending on the session and are noted on the CEU form. For full details on CEU qualifications, calculations, and more, view the AHIMA Recertification Website

  • Convention CEU form will be included in the attendee bag and should be utilized onsite to mark sessions attended.
  • Pre-convention Tutorial CEU form will be emailed to the registrant following the event.

Presentation Materials
Attendees will be emailed a link to the materials prior to the program and are encouraged to access and download materials in advance. WiFi access onsite is not provided. In addition, materials will be available in the convention mobile app. Attendees will have access to the materials until July 15, 2020.

  • Concurrent sessions materials will be posted on the CHIA website exclusively for registrants after June 3, 2020, as they become available.
  • Pre-convention Tutorial materials will be emailed to registrants.
