The primary email address on file (the email used to receive CHIA communications) is used to access and/or setup a CHIA User Profile*

  • For current AHIMA members, do not create a new profile; you will not have immediate access to member benefits and discount pricing. Try using your AHIMA primary email or contact CHIA.
  • For new AHIMA members, email CHIA a copy of your AHIMA membership card and request that a profile be added for you.
  • For CHIA members logging in for the first time or unsure of the password, try default Password1 or P@ssword1. If that does not work, click “Forgot Your Password” below.
  • If the email on file is no longer valid, log in with that email and update your profile with the new valid email. A new profile does not need to be created; when you change the primary email address, it will become your new login
  • For visitors and unregistered users, use the New Visitor Registration to setup a CHIA Profile today.

Note: By opting out of receiving CHIA emails, you will not receive any event correspondence related to the event you may want to register for, including confirmations and links to handouts, CEUs and evaluations.
