Upon registration, participants will be asked to acknowledge they have read CHIA’s Meeting & Event policies accepting personal responsibility and assumption of risk to ensure a safe environment. Cancellation notice for CHIACON must be received in writing on or before May 20, 2026, to be eligible for a partial refund, less the noted cancellation fee. Cancellations received after advance registration do not qualify for a refund. Submit written requests to Register@CaliforniaHIA.org Cancellation FeeFull BASIC or Full PLUS $100 No-ShowsIf a written cancellation request is not submitted by May 20 and/or the participant does not attend the event, full registration payment is still required and non-refundable.
