CHIA Connections Build Valuable Business Partnerships

Health Information (HI) professionals value the connections made with corporate partners who provide relevant industry information and reliable products and services. Strong business relationships are one way that CHIA fosters its vision, Improved health through trusted information. Partners working together allow CHIA to advocate and lead in the future design and management of health information. Even though CHIA is unable to endorse specific companies’ products or services exclusively, CHIA members are grateful for the support of Corporate Partners who help CHIA to discover new and exciting services that enhance its growth.

Organizations that support the mission and vision of the California Health Information Association (CHIA) are eligible for Corporate Partnership and encouraged to become a trusted and valuable CHIA Connection.

Corporate Partner Benefits

Corporate Partner Directory
Your organization will be included in the Corporate Partner Directory which includes a primary “partner” contact/information and a brief description of the products and/or services valuable to CHIA.

Your organization logo will be displayed on the CHIA website with a link to your website.


Exhibit Booth Pre-selection Priority
As a Corporate Partner, you will have an annual convention (CHIACON) exhibit booth pre-selection priority. The pre-selection meeting is held on the last day of the current year’s CHIACON. Exhibit booth selection priority is based on a vendor point system, and Corporate Partners select ahead of non-partners. For example: A Corporate Partner with 2,000 vendor points may select a booth at the pre-selection meeting before a non-partner with 5,000 points. Companies earn vendor points for activities such as exhibiting at the CHIACON, sponsoring CHIA events throughout the year, and advertising with CHIA. Complete details, including the qualifying activities to earn vendor points, are included in the Exhibitor Points Priority Program.

Apply Now …Here’s How
Submit the completed Corporate Partner Application along with the annual dues. The application should be signed by the primary contact assigned by the organization, and please include all requested information. Checks should be made payable to: California Health Information Association and mailed with the application to CHIA, PO Box 8606, Fresno, CA 93747. Corporate Partner annual dues are $500 per year (anniversary based).
