April 1st-not just April Fool's Day anymore! No. It is also the first day

that the spring semiannual ICD-10-CM/PCS codes will go into effect.

Before that happens, join CHIA colleagues to learn what is changing from

esteemed medical coding expert, Dianna Foley. She will share the pertinent information needed for this next set of critical medical coding changes and this latest transition.  In just one hour, attendees will obtain access to information-rich materials designed to deliver clear, practical takeaways.

Dianna has 25 years of HI experience. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati and holds RHIA, CHPS, CDIP and CCS certifications from AHIMA. Dianna’s an AHIMA-approved ICD-10-CM/PCS trainer, an AHIMA-published author, a participant in AHIMA credential item writing/exam development and served on the AHIMA Nominating Committee. She is currently a CCHIIM commissioner. Dianna has held various HI positions and is now an independent coding consultant. She previously served as a program director for Medical Coding and HIT programs. She presents on coding topics at the national, state and regional levels and serves as OHIMA’s Education Coordinator.

This webinar has been approved for continuing education units (CEUs) to fulfill the continuing education requirements of AHIMA, AAPC, and ACDIS for CDI-related events not to exceed ten units from any single event. CEUs are based on contact hours. Thirty minutes of attendance at an educational program equals .5 CEU.
