In-person Event Policy Acknowledgement for all booth staff

Exhibit Hall Schedule & Show Meetings

Hall Hours

The exhibits will be open to registered attendees during the following times:

• Monday 7:00 am – 8:30 am, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm, 2:50 pm - 4:15 pm
• Tuesday 7:00 am – 8:30 am, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm

Set-Up Installation

Exhibit Hall setup-up is exclusively on Sunday between 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm. All booths must be fully installed and ready for inspection by 4:00 pm, Sunday. (exhibit hall is carpeted)

Exhibit Dismantle

Removal of exhibits is scheduled for Tuesday from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm. Travel plans need to be made accordingly.

On-site Exhibitor Show Meetings

Please have a company representative available to attend both exhibitor meetings.

• Pre-Show Meeting on Sunday at 4:00 pm - 4:30 pm. This is a brief meeting held inside the Exhibit Hall for CHIA to distribute important show information and review everything that will be going on during the show.
• Post-Show Meeting on Tuesday at 11:00 am - 11:30 am. This important wrap-up meeting is held inside the Exhibit Hall and will offer the first opportunity for the booth selection and sponsorship opportunities for next year’s Convention & Exhibit.

Whova Passport Exhibit Hall Game & Silent Exhibitor Prize Drawings | Tuesday | 11:30 am – 1:00 pm

The grand prize winner of CHIA’s Whova Passport Exhibit Hall game will be awarded. This session is the best opportunity for exhibitors to award any raffle prizes for games and/or drawings held in your exhibit booth. Exhibitor prizes and drawings will be given out “silently” directly by the exhibitors via the Whova app if you would like.

Discounted Educational Registration Orders

Complete and submit the CHIACON registration form in order to receive the exhibitor discount included with the upgraded exhibitor packages.
