Provide mentorship and resources to HI and emerging professionals, fostering shared collaborative knowledge and building strong professional relationships. The facilitator or co-facilitators will oversee group engagement and foster communication by encouraging members to post at least once a month and by sending monthly and quarterly messages to virtual gatherings to promote engagement.
